Otavi Minen did business with Scientific International, Inc. (SII) a US company located in a house at 23 Murray Street in Princeton, New Jersey. SII represented NTG Nukelartechnik and their COE, Rudolph (aka Rudolf) Maximillian Ortmayer at that time. Stockholders claimed by the owner of SII were Rudolph Ortmayer, Peter Finke, and Bert Scholz. SII claimed that the purpose of the company was to market high energy physics/accelerator components and custom-engineering services to the United States Department of Energy affiliated laboraties and scientists in the U.S. Otavi Minen was claimed to be a supplier to IBS, a company known to stockholders. SII arranged for Otavi Minen to visit customers.
