I certainly value the effort going into preserving this and other rare languages. What I dont understand is, if an original article, often the English one, is like two pages long, and then the Letzebuergsch one is only like two or three sentences. Is this an instance of pure laziness...?

- Dear John, you are absolutely right. It is people like you who are too lazy to learn our language and to increase its community of approx. 300.000 speakers who prevent this article from being "like 2 pages long". You may for example enrol here: http://www.insl.lu/. Good luck, I look forward reading your first article in lëtzebuergesch. --Zinneke 11:44, 20. Nov. 2009 (UTC)
- @Zinneke Luxembourgish is a difficult language to learn, but I think it's important to preserve languages like this. I'm Danish, but I make an effort to learn, even though it's hard. One day, I will know enough to contribute here!
DaneGeld (Diskussioun) 21:21, 3. Aug. 2024 (UTC)
