Of course, no problem. I'll copy my reply here.

I reverted it because the common form of the commonscat template is {{commonscat|Category on Commons}}. In this case it was changed to {{Commonscat|Category on commons|text to show}}. I prefer the first, which shows the category name, to prevent any misunderstandings (although, this chance is very small).

If you believe the change was done well, you may put it back, although I prefer the current state.

For kind information: As the template is configured to be able to show another text (especially in national language) it is not usefull to show only english text. You will agree that most of people reading the national version of there native language don't understand english, and therefore there is the option text to show.
