Hi Wolverène, though your trial to make more of this is laudable, I had to set it back as it makes no sense to even try to go beyond the legal definition. There are no objective criteria to make a distinction otherwise. People with italian ancestors living in Luxembourg for instance are either Luxembourgers, or Italians, or both, depending on their passport(s). If you go by inhabitants, you would have 'citizens of Luxembourg' i.e. those with a legal stutus to live/work there, half of which are 'Luxembourgers' and half have 170 other nationalities. an so forth. That's why I propose to delete this 'article' altogether, as it can just smake a tautological statement.
