Wat soll dat aussoen? --Les Meloures (Diskussioun) 18:57, 21. Abr. 2019 (UTC)[äntweren]

It's boring to explain, we're here not to read conspects on the Russian grammar. Generally, last two words in the title spelled with wrong grammar case (instrumentative instead of correct accusative). This anacoluthon gives a touch of irony to the phrase, it might be nice to translate it literally as I tried to do initially, but if it's still looking confusing for readers, better not to translate it at all and add a comment that more-or-less honestly displays that the phrase/title isn't of easy translate. Regards, --Wolverène (Diskussioun) 19:16, 21. Abr. 2019 (UTC)[äntweren]
Ok but no such comment is displayed, or am I blind? --Les Meloures (Diskussioun) 19:24, 21. Abr. 2019 (UTC)[äntweren]
It does, if to set the mouse pointer upon the part of text. You're not blind, I wish you not to be ever blind, may the problem be in the browser? I'm using Chrome. --Wolverène (Diskussioun) 19:33, 21. Abr. 2019 (UTC)[äntweren]
Ok once again, but the reader doesn't know that he has to use the mouse and so he doesn't see anyting. The script should be visible for simple readers. Or how do you think? Other Wikis have no problem with translations. Should lb:Wiki be more complicated? --Les Meloures (Diskussioun) 19:43, 21. Abr. 2019 (UTC)[äntweren]
Then if we don't need any hidden comments, I suggest you choose the translation. Compare correct "Как я провёл это лето" (= How did I spend the summer vacation) vs. originally entitled "Как я провёл этим летом" (= How did I spend during the summer vacation (sic) / How did I spend with the summer vacation (also sic) / How did I spend time during the sum.vac.). The first variant in Luxembourgish is obviously "Wéi ech dëse Summer verbruecht hunn", the second variant sounds... somehow else. I just see our tendency here on the lbwp to translate as literal as possible. Hard to say something else. Kind regards, --Wolverène (Diskussioun) 19:57, 21. Abr. 2019 (UTC)[äntweren]

My translater says in English How I spent my summer and that seems correct for me. How did I spend is a question. It might be correct if in Russian the title is also a question. --Les Meloures (Diskussioun) 20:07, 21. Abr. 2019 (UTC)[äntweren]

Oops sorry the language barrier, "did" is needless here of course.:) Russians need no such interrogatives as "did" that's why I confused that way. That phrase doesn't necessarily imply question so yes "How I spent my summer" looks nice for me too. --Wolverène (Diskussioun) 20:18, 21. Abr. 2019 (UTC)[äntweren]
